We’ll take a boat ride on La Albufera lake at the magical hour while we taste 3 Valencian cavas or sparkling wines. We’ll compare the aromas, the shine, the bubbles. We’ll talk about the wineries, varieties and characteristics of each cava, accompanied by typical sweets from the area.
