Who is Caperucita?

My name is Clara, I am Mallorcan by birth and Valencian by family and the place where I live. You could say that I carry the Mediterranean in my veins.
I love travelling, good food and the world of wine. I have been working in the restaurant business for many years, during which I have enjoyed tasting wines and taking courses such as the Master Sommelier Specialist in Valencian Wines, which allowed me to get to know villages, wineries and the people behind each project.
Now I am returning to this story, Caperucita Paseos y Vinos. If you are wondering about the name, the answer is simple. I have always liked preparing baskets to go out to eat and drink outdoors, and thus be able to enjoy the landscape and the company.
A “tale” that makes me happy to share with all of you now.

The Natural Park of la Albufera, a natural gem of the Valencian Community, is a biodiversity sanctuary that captivates with its serene beauty and rich history. Located just a few kilometers south of the vibrant city of Valencia, this ecological treasure is an oasis of tranquility.
